Specially Sourced Caviar Grain Leather from ILCEA Tannery, Italy for a Classic Shoe!
The Brown Museum Caviar Grain from ILCEAis a beautiful embossed leather with an elegant and unique style perfect for footwear. Chrome tanned and hand-finished with aniline pad and embossed according to the most consolidated artisan techniques. A light finish with a semi-gloss look.
The antiquing is enhanced by the glass glazing, which amplifies the nuances of aniline and the shades of the manual buffering.
You choose your Goodyear Welted shoes/boots, to be used for this leather. This simply means you can resole your favorite shoes and enjoy your investment for years to come; with proper care they will last you a lifetime.
It is made on the Zurigo last, a last that carries a traditional English look, that makes it perfect for guys who love wiggle room in the toe area.

For those that have worn a Cru Nonpareil shoes would say it runs 'true to size' of course it depends on the last. Our shoes have a generous instep, but forefoot width varies depending on the last. Cru Nonpareil shoes has a very standard fit when compared to most other shoe dress brands. Our sizes are all based on the US standard, which is a 'D' a 'medium' width being the equivalent of UK 'E' width. If you have been wearing size US 9 in another brand then you should expect a US size 9 to fit in a Cru Nonpareil shoes. If your UK size is 8E then you should expect a US 9 to fit in a Cru Nonpareil Shoes.
