The open lace allows for adjustment to the top of your feet, making derby dress shoes the perfect partner for gentlemen with a higher-than-usual instep. The Wolfe is a hand-painted Piparo patina that enables artisans to hand-paint the pieces with special creams and brushes. The look is very artisanal, rich, and beautiful. These Plain Toe Derby are 270° degree Goodyear Weltedin Spain. This simply means you can resole your favorite shoes and enjoy your investment for years to come; with proper care, they will last you a lifetime.
It is made on the Monti Last, classic elegance with a soft square toe.

Those that have worn Cru Nonpareil shoes would say it runs 'true to size of course it depends on the last. Our shoes have a generous instep, but forefoot width varies depending on the last. Cru Nonpareil shoes have a very standard fit when compared to most other shoe dress brands. Our sizes are all based on the US standard, which is a 'D' a 'medium' width being the equivalent of a UK 'E' width. If you have been wearing size US 9 in another brand then you should expect a US size 9 to fit in Cru Nonpareil shoes. If your UK size is 8E then you should expect a US 9 to fit in Cru Nonpareil Shoes.
