All International Orders are shipped using DHL this shipping cost refers to our Hand-welted collection only. While DHL will be our default service, we will use the service offering the best rate when the price differences are significant. If you prefer one over the other and the one you choose is significantly more expensive, we will ask that you pay the difference between the best rate and your preferred courier offers. Please put your preferred courier in the notes and should there be a price difference, we shall contact you to pay for that service. 

All import duties imposed by your local customs officials on your parcel will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for. We do not control this and will not be held responsible for any surprises in charges as we do not impose them. Your government does. We declare the parcel at the value paid. We do not under-declare parcel values. Please do not ask us to do so.

Please note that if you reject your order for not paying the customs's import taxation, we will be charged a fee for return shipping. This fee will come out of your refund as we are not liable for this charge due to your error in ordering. There will be no returns or refunds on made-to-order shoes.
