Shipping And Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped from the Factory in Spain after your made-to-order shoes ( which takes approximately 28-35 days) have been manufactured and undergo the Factory's Quality Control Check. The parcel will be shipped in 1-2 working days after the completion of your parcel (weekends not included)
Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number (This will be sent via email).
All International Orders are shipped from the factory in Spain using DHL. While DHL will be our default service, we will use the service that offers us the best rate when the price differences are significant. If you prefer one over the other and the one you prefer is significantly more expensive, we will ask that you pay the difference between the best rate and your preferred courier offers. Please put your preferred courier in the notes and should there be a price difference, we shall contact you for the payment of that service.
All import duties imposed by your local customs officials on your parcel will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for. We do not control this and will not be held responsible for any surprises in charges as we do not impose them. Your government does. We declare the parcel at the value paid. We do no under-declare parcel values. Please do not ask us to do so.
Please note that if you reject your order for not paying the custom's import taxation, we will be charged a fee for return shipping. This fee will come out of your refund as we will are not liable for this charge due to your error in ordering. There will be no returns or refunds on Made to Order Shoes.
Trinidad and tobago
All orders shipped to Cru Nonpareil Boutique include free shipping and delivery. Should you require a faster shipment via TTPOST, additional fees will apply.
The hand delivery service used to deliver within Trinidad and Tobago aims to deliver every Saturday depending on location. This is not a guarantee, however, updates will be given via email to keep you up to date with your parcel.
