Customers have the right to return a product bought via our online shop special capsule RTW collection within 14 working days from the receipt of the purchase.  We ask that customers contact us by e-mail at kenwinsmall@crunonpareil.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We only accept unworn shoes in their original packaging as returns.

• Returned items must be sent recorded with insurance and tracking number.

• The shipping cost for returns will be covered by the customer. This simply means that the cost of shipping from your country to Cru Nonpareil will be covered by you the customer.
